To meet the demand for our products we provide employees with an air-conditioned environmenthighly organized and clean300000 SQ. facility new CNC Machines(Mazak MoriSieke DMG MoriWeiler etc.)anda strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

Job Duties:

• Write programs and modify existing ones for increased efficiency.
• Utilize drawings or CAD models to support program development.
• Utilize CAM software to produce programs.
• Make calculations for programming.
• Create document and back-up all programs. Update set-up sheets and tool lists as required.
• Check completed programs by running simulations or tests.
• Prepare geometric layout of designs using proper software.
• Determine sequence of operations in a program.
• Confer with appropriate engineering personnel in preparing and finalizing programs.
• Choose cutting tools that will be needed.
• Analyze job order and performs necessary calculations.
• Simplify tooling time for workers and increases productivity.
• Monitor all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task
• Assure quality and production requirements are met as per travelers and blueprints etc.
• Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement.
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required.
• Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor.
• Ensure any accident or injury is promptly reported.
• Maintain NOV guidelines on safety quality and delivery.
• Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness health and safety standards.
• All other reasonable tasks assigned with the goal of helping the team operations or the facility overall.
