Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a CNC Press Brake Operator you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to bend and shape metal sheets and plates according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials such as stainless steel aluminum and carbon steel to produce precise and accurate components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a CNC Press Brake Operator you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to bend and shape metal sheets and plates according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials such as stainless steel aluminum and carbon steel to produce precise and accurate components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets and plates
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and job orders to determine bending operations and specifications
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor machine operations to ensure that products are formed accurately and the machine is functioning properly
- Adjust machine settings to control factors such as depth and angle of bends thickness of material and speed of machine
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC press brake machines
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
