CNC Mill Turn Machinist 1st, 2nd or Weekend Shift

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The Mill Turn Machinist is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC mill turn machines to produce high-quality medical instruments and implants. This position requires precision strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and quality Opportunities:1st ShiftMonday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM2nd ShiftMonday Thursday 4:30 PM 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM 6:00 AM15% shift premiumWeekend ShiftFriday Sunday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM15% shift premiumWork 36 hours get paid for 40 hours!What Youll Do:Set up operate and maintain mill turn machines finishing equipment hand tools and fixtures; perform burr removal as machine setups changeovers and CNC program debugging including adjustments and tool and interpret blueprints inspection check sheets and work instructions in-process and final inspections using calipers micrometers height stands comparators and other precision measurement ERP and machine monitoring systems to manage work orders track production and document quality checks continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality efficiency and on-time Youll Need:High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training 3 years of machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment required; CNC mill turn experience strongly ability to set up troubleshoot and operate multi-axis CNC equipment.
