CNC Mill Machinist 1st Shift

Were looking for a skilledCNC Mill Machinist to join our Fort Wayne IN this role youll set up and operate 3- 4- and 5-axis CNC milling centers using your machining expertise to produce high-quality precision parts that meet blueprint specifications and work : 1st Monday - Thursday (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)What Youll Do:Perform machine setups changeovers and CNC program debugging including necessary machine adjustments and tool and maintain CNC Mill machines finishing machines hand tools and fixtures; perform burr removal as and interpret blueprints inspection check-sheets and work inspection tools such as calipers micrometers height stands and ERP and machine monitoring systems to manage work orders monitor production and document quality checks detailed feedback to CNC programmers and ensure setup documentation is current following change control the training of other team members in your area of responsibility as continuous improvements towards quality and delivery within the work the production plan to ensure on-time delivery to to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations; wears personal protective equipment in accordance with safety and training Youll Need:High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training preferred.2 years of CNC milling experience preferably with Mazak Mori or YCM knowledge of machinery tooling measuring and gauging equipment relevant to assigned areas with a deep understanding of production in machinery setups blueprint reading routers and setup of part requirements to ensure quality assembly both functionally and basic CNC programming.
