Job Description:

• Supports production operations with all maintenance and repairs for electrical and mechanical problems such as (but not limited to) preferred 3-axis CNC mills conveyors machine automation and robots.
• Analyzes solves problems and maintains all plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.
• Works from available mechanical and electrical drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.
• Assists with research of parts as necessary.
• Performs preventative predictive and routine inspection maintenance per work orders.
• Reads and interprets safety rules operating and maintenance instructions procedure manuals quality documents set-up instructions blueprints and electrical prints.
• Completes charts and other simple documents to communicate to the team.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by staying in sync with procedures rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of CNC experience and 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and equipment.
• Ability to drive a forklift scissor lift and articulating arm boom truck.
• Validated experience and ability to use standard maintenance and electrical repair tools and equipment and operate lifting equipment computer terminals and other tools/equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting.
• Availability and willingness to work any shift overtime and weekends as requested.
