Location: York Haven PA. This is a full-time on-site opportunity for machinists who enjoy hands-on work collaborating with a skilled manufacturing team and seeing their craftsmanship come to life.
Note: Candidates must have 3 years of CNC machining experience with both mills and lathes including machine setup and operation tooling selection tool touch-offs feeds and speeds and basic CNC program modifications. Familiarity with Fanuc controls is required; Okuma experience is a strong plus.

Job Description
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components according to specifications.
- Select and install appropriate tooling perform tool touch-offs and make necessary machining adjustments.
- Apply knowledge of feeds speeds and material properties to optimize machining performance.
- Read and understand CNC programming language and make basic program modifications directly at machine controls.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust setups or processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Support prototype development custom fabrication and limited production runs.
- Collaborate with fellow machinists and production personnel to meet changing manufacturing priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement share technical knowledge and maintain a safe organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience with both mills and lathes.
- Proven ability to independently set up and operate CNC machining equipment.
- Strong understanding of tooling selection tool setting touch-offs feeds speeds and machining materials.
- Ability to understand CNC programming language and make simple program edits at machine controls.
- Familiarity with Fanuc CNC controls.
- Experience with Okuma CNC machines is highly preferred.
- Ability to create simple CNC programs directly at the machine is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn new processes share knowledge and assist in different areas of the shop as production needs change.
