Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Statham GA facility. This role requires experience in CNC setup programming and operation using conversational programming G-codes and canned cycles to produce high-quality custom machined parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and work instructions
• Set up program and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Select appropriate tooling speeds feed rates and work holding methods
• Design and build fixtures and supports for machining processes
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers gauges)
• Verify parts meet specifications and tolerances throughout production
• Deburr and finish parts as required
• Select and prepare raw materials for machining
• Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Support team members and other departments as a technical resource
• Work overtime or weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years CNC machining experience OR completion of a Tool Technology program
• Experience with CNC setup programming and VMC machines
• Familiarity with manual machining (mills lathes saws)
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Basic math skills (fractions decimals conversions)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license required
