Were seeking a CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Brodhead KY. This is a Right-to-Hire position offering the chance to prove your skills and become a permanent member of the team.

Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut shape and form metal components to precise specifications.

Perform machine shop operations using mills lathes grinders jig borers shapers and other machining equipment.

Install and secure tooling fixtures cutting tools and workpieces.

Adjust machine controls speeds feeds coolant flow and cutting depths.

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

Inspect finished parts using micrometers calipers gauges and other precision measuring equipment.

Document inspection results and ensure products meet quality standards.

Identify and report material defects or machine concerns.

Maintain a clean organized and safety-focused work environment.

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

Experience using micrometers calipers and other precision measuring tools

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Strong math and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
