What Youll Do

As a CNC Machinist you will:

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce complex precision components.
• Interpret blueprints setup documentation and CNC program information to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Select install and adjust tooling and machine offsets for optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain efficiency and precision.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers calipers verniers depth gauges and scales.
• Perform secondary machining and finishing operations including drilling and deburring.
• Collaborate with experienced machinists supervisors and team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe organized and efficient work environment while following all safety and quality standards.

What Were Looking For

• A minimum of two years of machining experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and firsthand experience.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings setup sheets and CNC program documentation.
• Knowledge of machining practices manufacturing principles and shop mathematics.
• Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Understanding of machining processes cutting tools and CNC machining terminology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Physical & Work Environment

This role is performed in a manufacturing machine shop environment and requires standing for extended periods handling materials and tooling and working around machining equipment. Safety is a top priority and all employees are expected to follow established safety procedures and use required PPE.

Compensation Information:

This position has a starting hourly rate of $24.40 to $28.75 per hour. Pay is determined by several factors including a candidates experience relevant skills and qualifications
