Job Summary

CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator min. 5 yrs. experience
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Candidates will have the following abilities to produce tight tolerance products:
Prepare and operate CNC Lathes (Mazak Quick Turn 250 350 & 450 and Integrex
100ST/200ST).
Programming experience with Mazatrol & Top Solid (G Code a PLUS)
Ability to test run to verify machine will produce outputs according to programmed
specifications
Set-up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large lot sizes
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with print requirements to
determine if the process has been completed properly
Prepare and load raw materials/parts onto the machines
Make necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading
blueprints mechanical drawings etc.
Ability to work as a team and independently
Ability to communicate with co-workers

Schedule:
8 hour shift overtime usually available
Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm
Weekend availability - on occasion
