Examples of Job Duties: What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients favorite hobbies (scrapbooking gardening games etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking dressing and other daily activities of living (ADLs)
• Showing
• Toileting
• Med Reminders
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients physical condition mental capacity and behavior

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and reliable attitude
• Passionate about helping others
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someones life

Requirements:

• Ability to pass background checks
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
• With current car insurance

Washington State Home Care Aides (HCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are strongly encouraged to apply. We value your training experience and commitment to providing exceptional care. Candidates with caregiving certifications may be eligible for a faster onboarding process and starting rate of pay.

Pay Range:

• $20-$24
• Depends on experience / certification / tenure
• Differentials for weekends/ holidays / couples care
