Position Title: CNA- LTC
Location: Mariposa CA 95338
Duration: 13-WEEK
Work Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts Days Mids or Nights
Pay rate: $35/hr
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. Successful candidates will assist residents with daily living activities support their comfort and safety and collaborate with nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
Monitor and report changes in residents conditions to nursing staff.
Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
Help residents with mobility transfers positioning and ambulation.
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment.
Document care provided according to established procedures.
Follow infection prevention safety and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience.
Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong communication teamwork and patient care skills.
Reliability and flexibility to work the requested shift.
Minimal requests for time off and schedule changes preferred.
