Deliver high-quality personal caregiving services in accordance with individualized plans of care ensuring the dignity comfort and well-being of clients in their own homes. This role requires compassionate patient care with a commitment to maintaining client independence while providing essential support for daily living activities and promoting overall quality of life.

• Assists clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and toileting while promoting independence and dignity; uses proper techniques and equipment to ensure safety and comfort during all personal care activities
• Prepares nutritious meals and accommodates special diets as specified in the care plan including dietary restrictions preferences and medical requirements while maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintains a clean organized and safe home environment through light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning laundry and grocery shopping to support clients health well-being and comfort
• Provides safe transportation assistance to and from medical appointments social activities shopping and community outings; ensures client comfort and safety during all transit
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients promoting their quality of life and social engagement
• Other duties as assigned

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; comfortable documenting care information and communicating with clients families and healthcare providers
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information and maintaining strict client privacy; understanding of and commitment to HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations
• Ability to work independently
