CMDB Configuration

We are seeking an experienced CMDB Configuration Manager to support a large-scale enterprise environment at one of the most complex and fast-growing organizations in the country.

This role is critical in driving CMDB data quality asset lifecycle management and configuration governance across a large IT ecosystem.

******This role will be hybrid - 2 days at DIA (Denver International Airport)

What Youll Do

• Own and improve CMDB data health (completeness correctness compliance)

• Manage asset & configuration item (CI) lifecycle from intake through retirement

• Oversee ServiceNow integrations ETL processes and reconciliation rules

• Ensure alignment with CSDM framework and service mapping

• Partner with Asset Management Procurement and IT Operations teams

• Lead audits reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB

• Experience with:

  • CMDB Health Data Manager Attestation

  • Integration Hub & data integrations

  • CI relationships and asset alignment

• Knowledge of ITIL v4 (Configuration & Asset Management)

• Experience working in large-scale environments (10k assets preferred)

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CIS HAM Discovery)

• Experience with CSDM implementations

• Reporting tools (Power BI Performance Analytics)

Location

Hybrid 23 days onsite in Denver International Airport

Contract

• 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)

• 40 hours/week
