Job Summary
-Cohesively work with all supervisors to provide thorough training to all machinist providing them with a full understanding of machine diagnostics and best practice machining expectations. -Partner with the machinist to troubleshoot programs tooling and quality issues to gain understanding of the limitations of production
Qualifications :
CAD/CAM Experience Strong Programming background Strong Mathematical aptitude in Trigonometry and Geometry Metallurgical knowledge a plus CNC Technical Degree with 2-3 yrs. programming and machining experience. 3 or more years of strong proven leadership experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
