A day in the life:
As a Cloud Systems Administrator supporting this mission critical project and Integration Team you will support all of their cloud environments both classified and unclassified that are a part of the overall infrastructure footprint.
What you bring to the table:
All of our cloud engineers need the following skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree..
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure Oracle or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
For this particular role you will also need:
- 20 years of relevant experience in systems administration and software engineering.
- Linux system administration and integration experience (RHEL CentOS Ubuntu)
- Cloud services experience (AWS Azure); services provisioning management of virtual services familiarity with vendor Platform as a Service offerings
- System monitoring and maintenance to include service upgrades security patching and IAVA management
- Tier 1/2 troubleshooting
- Configuration management support familiarity with Puppet/SIMP Ansible Salt Chef
- Familiarity with configuration and workflow tools such as GitLab Jira
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or similar.
These are important skills to have but not necessarily mandatory:
- Understanding of distributed systems

Salary Range:
- Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education certifications total years of relevant professional experienceactual level of expertise and the responsibilities of the role itself.
- Based on the outlined roles responsibilities and requirements the projected pay range for this position is: $180000 - $275000.
