Cloud Onboarding Engineer FinOps Reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience integrating commercial cloud environments with agency financial-management cost-accounting reporting or business-intelligence services.
• Proven hands-on experience designing deploying securing and operating OCI solutions.
• Experience implementing FinOps capabilities including cost allocation chargeback/showback budgeting forecasting optimization and consumption reporting.
• Hands-on experience configuring OCI compartments tagging and cost-tracking tags budgets usage reports cost analysis and billing exports.
• Experience designing cost-data integrations with enterprise reporting financial-management data-warehouse or business-intelligence platforms.
• Ability to define and maintain cost-allocation models that map OCI consumption to organizations programs projects applications environments contracts and customer-defined reporting dimensions.
• Experience with data transformation validation reconciliation automated reporting dashboards alerts forecasting and anomaly detection for cloud billing and usage data.
• Understanding of rightsizing scheduling autoscaling storage lifecycle management license optimization discount utilization idle-resource identification and cost-governance practices.
• Working knowledge of least-privilege access OCI audit logging secure financial-data sharing RMF ICD 503 and NGA A&A processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across finance procurement program cloud cybersecurity application Oracle and Government teams.

• Experience with Oracle Analytics Oracle Fusion Analytics Power BI Tableau or comparable approved reporting platforms.
• Experience integrating cloud cost data with financial procurement contract-management or budgeting systems.
• Experience using OCI usage and cost-report APIs SQL data pipelines or Python to automate reporting.
• Experience supporting financial-data governance audit readiness reconciliation internal controls and remediation tracking in a Government or regulated environment.

• The expected salary range within the Washington DC metropolitan area is: $150000 - 180000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience education geographic location and contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee.
