Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic technology this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing scalable secure and high-performance cloud infrastructure across AWS Azure or GCP environments. As a key contributor to our digital transformation initiatives you will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability optimizing cloud costs and enabling rapid deployment of innovative solutions. Your expertise in cloud architecture automation and DevOps practices will directly impact the agility security and efficiency of our technology stack. This position is ideal for a technically proficient professional passionate about cloud innovation and operational excellence in a fast-paced results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Design deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or Pulumi.
Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows using Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
Monitor system performance availability and security using cloud-native tools and third-party solutions.
Ensure compliance with security best practices data privacy regulations and internal policies.
Optimize cloud resource utilization and reduce operational costs through right-sizing and tagging strategies.
Collaborate with development security and operations teams to support application lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and performance issues in production environments.
Document architecture designs operational procedures and incident response protocols.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies trends and industry standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure management.
Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform: AWS Azure or GCP.
Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools (e.g. Jenkins Sensible GitLab CI).
Knowledge of networking security and identity management in cloud environments (VPCs IAM firewalls etc.).
Understanding of monitoring logging and observability tools (e.g. CloudWatch Prometheus ELK stack).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Engineer are highly preferred.
