Cloud Engineer (Hybrid)

• Assess existing capabilitiesidentifyopportunities to expand DevOps adoption and develop effective approaches for transitioning applications and capabilities into cloud environmentsas needed.
• Analyze existing capabilities toidentifydata migration software modification legal security and compliance requirements associated with cloud transformation efforts.
• Collaborate closely with System Administrators to plan prioritize and coordinate day-to-day technical activities supporting cloud conversion and system operations.
• Leverage experience with Ansible and other automation and configuration management tools to streamline system administration deployment and operational tasks.
• Plan test and deploy system security patches kernel updates and software upgrades using established patch management and configuration management tools.
• Engage in the design development and testing of software changesrequired to transition capabilities to the cloud adhering to the approach and technical direction selected.
• Develop test and coordinate deployment plans to implement application and infrastructure changes seamlessly within cloud environments.
• Apply cloud engineeringexpertiseto integrate modified capabilities into cloud environments whileoptimizingsystem performance reliability automation and resourceutilization.
