You will assist application teams in designing implementing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines while ensuring platform stability security compliance and an exceptional developer experience.

You will act as a subject matter expert for Harness helping teams adEligible to work standardized deployment practices and providing operational support for pipeline execution platform capabilities integrations and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer support and maintain the enterprise Harness CI/CD platform.
- Provide day-to-day support for application teams utilizing Harness pipelines including troubleshooting build deployment configuration and integration issues.
- Develop maintain and enhance standardized Harness pipeline templates and reusable components.
- Partner with development teams to onboard applications and services to Harness providing technical guidance best practices and hands-on support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures deployment issues and platform-related incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements.
- Collaborate with security compliance and DevOps stakeholders to incorporate required controls approvals and auditability into CI/CD workflows.
- Support integrations between Harness and enterprise tools including source control systems artifact repositories testing platforms security scanning tools ITSM solutions and monitoring platforms.
- Monitor platform health pipeline execution trends and operational metrics to identify Eligible to workimization opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation knowledge articles runbooks and onboarding materials.
- Communicate platform updates enhancement opportunities known issues and best practices to development teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in platform governance activities ensuring adherence to established standards security requirements and deployment processes.
- Assist in evaluating new Harness capabilities and features recommending improvements that enhance developer productivity and platform efficiency.
- Serve as a technical liaison between application teams and platform engineering.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation operational excellence developer experience and CI/CD maturity.
- Enterprise Harness CI/CD platform administration and support.
- Strong understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Experience troubleshooting pipeline deployment configuration and integration issues.
- Experience developing and maintaining Harness pipeline templates and reusable components.
- Experience onboarding applications and services to Harness.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integrations with source control artifact repositories testing security ITSM and monitoring tools.
- Experience with platform monitoring governance security and compliance requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise CI/CD platforms preferably Harness.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices.
- Experience troubleshooting pipeline deployment and integration issues.
