Duration:12 months with possible extension.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedCloudEngineer to supportcloud-native application development and infrastructure modernization initiatives for Elevance Health. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Kubernetes Python and modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and building scalable secure and highly availablecloudsolutions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7years required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes architecture deployment and administration
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience developing front-end applications using Angular or React
• Experience with containerization using Docker
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding ofcloud-native application architecture
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Familiarity with Git Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Design deploy and managecloud-native applications on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads
• Develop backend automation and services using Python
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular or React
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Monitor application performance and optimizecloudinfrastructure
• Collaborate with developers architects and DevOps teams
• Ensurecloudsecurity scalability and high availability
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies
