• Identifytechnical CIand operational risks vulnerabilities andsingle pointsof failureand recommend mitigations;

• Study the feasibility and vulnerability of newtechnical collectioncapabilitiesandanalyzegaps;

• Assess emerging and commercial off the shelf technologies in support of operational requirementsandapplications;

• Evaluatevalidateand analyzetechnical development compliance with stated requirements;

• Integrate test verify andvalidateend-to-end systems;

• Develop data models diagrams flow charts and other system engineering-related documentation to problem-solveidentifyimprovements create standards andfacilitatecross-organizational collaboration;

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions;

• Perform technical trades and analyses in support of requirements development;

• Study capability feasibility and vulnerability studies and gap analyses;

• Apply an agile approach to software development consistent with the Sponsors project management and software development frameworks.

Required:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph.
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
