Notes
- This role is responsible for supporting operating and optimizing the companys Citrix virtual application and desktop environments across a hybrid infrastructure footprint including on prem data centers colocation facilities and public cloud.
- This role supports Citrix DaaS/CVAD NetScaler/ADC access services and underlying compute platforms such as VMware virtualization hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and Google Compute Engine (GCE) as a cloud native hypervisor.
- Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtual desktop/application environments across on prem and Google Cloud platforms.
- Support on prem infrastructure including VMware ESXi/vCenter environments that underpin Citrix and application workloads.
- Support hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms assisting with capacity planning performance troubleshooting and lifecycle activities.
- Support cloud native compute platforms including Google Compute Engine (GCE) for Citrix hosted and supporting workloads.
- Administer and support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers StoreFront Citrix Cloud Connectors Provisioning Services (PVS) Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Workspace.
- Support NetScaler/ADC and gateway components for secure access load balancing and traffic management.
- Monitor system health performance and availability; respond to incidents and service requests following established procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis and participate in incident problem and change management processes using ServiceNow.
