Cloud Administrator / Cloud Operations Operational Focus
6 Months contract to hire;
remote

Hard Requirements:

Azure Cloud Experience
M365 Administration
Intune & Exchange
Kubernetes

D2D:

The challenge here is operational backlog and overwhelming ticket numbers
Ticket intake for all issues within this environment rarely will have time for project work outside of operational support
Azure Virtual Desktop and Software Support
M365 & Entra account support
Internal escalation to the cloud engineer if they cannot resolve ticket in the queue
