Clinician -TriageIntake Coordinator
Riversides Newton Outpatient Center is seeking a Clinician -TriageIntake Coordinator!
In this vital role the Clinician Triage/Intake Coordinator(T/IC):
- completes initial diagnostic evaluations with clinical formulationsand recommendations for treatment per regulatory statutes for all ages and all individuals accessing treatment regardless of insurance
- works closelywith the Administrative Intake Coordinator (AIC)to schedule intake appointments complete all necessary intake documentation andfacilitatecase assignments to clinicians and otherprovidersfor ongoing services
- collects documentation from external providers and incorporatesdata fromprior treatment recordsandclinical screening tools to complete comprehensive clinicalassessments
- provides short-term individual and/orgroup therapy(bridging)for individualswith urgent needs who are awaitingassignmentto an ongoing clinician
Schedule:Full Time - 40 hours/week
Salary:
- Unlicensed Clinician - $63856.00/year
- Independent Licensure - $66955.20/year

- Must be able to work as a member of a team andto function independently
- Excellentcommunicationinterpersonal and organizational skills
- Intermediate-Advanced computer fluency including Microsoft Officeand electronic health recordsystem
- Masters degree in social work psychology or counseling
- Independent licensure strongly preferred; within 6 months of independent licensureconsidered
- Child and Adolescent Needs Assessment (CANS)certified
- Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individuals professional discipline including but not limited to continuing education ethical requirements etc.
- Emergency Services/Triage experience preferred
