Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical supervisory and consultative services within our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) program.

What You Will Do:
- Provide high-quality community-based care and maintain A-CCS program capacity
- Develop comprehensive assessments individualized action plans and safety plans using evidence-based tools
- Determine and implement treatment and referral plans using the least restrictive alternative
- Facilitate psycho-educational and recovery groups and triage daily workflow and referrals
- Consult with the Program Director and collateral providers on treatment planning
- Develop discharge plans and write discharge summaries
- Provide individual and group supervision to staff and interns
- Participate in hiring training and disciplinary actions per BHN guidelines
- Manage staffing daily program schedules and maintain a safe organized milieu
Who You Are:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or a related clinical field required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience required
- Licensed or license-eligible preferred
- Experience with crisis respite or inpatient settings preferred
- Strong organizational communication and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of and motivation to work with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises

Salary Range: $70000-$84500
