Salary: $50960-$54600

Schedule: Monday through Friday 10am-6pm

The Clinical Program Manager/Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of clinical plans for assigned program. Provide leadership supervision guidance and collaborative support with clinicians consulting to the program. This role is responsible for communication of all policies and procedures and on-call availability. The Clinical Program Manager/Registered Behavior Technician actively promotes community inclusion self-advocacy and individual rights.

• Manage administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the Program Director.
• Oversees the day to day clinical work of program staff ensuring treatment and behavior plans are being implemented correctly and data is being collected.
• Create and conduct staff meetings. Ensuring required trainings and issue are addressed.
• Train staff on Individual Behavioral Protocols and oversee implementation.
• Develop and monitor scheduling of staff across the program to ensure economy and program coverage.
• Interpret and monitor program budgets ensuring budgetary numbers are met.
• Conduct staff supervisions and yearly staff evaluations.
• Assure high quality of supports within programs.
• Assist individuals with obtaining all services and entitlements for which they qualify to include housing inspections insurance benefits.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with outside agencies.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with family members of individuals supported.
• Complete investigations and reviews as requested.
• Maintain all mandatory core certifications (First Aid CPR Safety Care MAP HR/DPPC etc) and all licenses/certifications.
• Ensures all required notes/documentation are completed in accordance to Agency deadlines and expectations.
• Develop and monitor creative and interesting community centered opportunities for all individuals.
• Available on call for consultation in emergencies or regarding imperative concerns.
• Audit individual financial records/case records/and medications on a regular basis.
• Complete business reports to include petty cash census payroll report.
• Ensures all required notes/documentation/reports are completed in accordance to Agency deadlines and expectations
• Monitor all staff training including core trainings development trainings and program specific trainings.
• Attend and actively participate in all supervisions/staff meetings and trainings.
• Must be able to travel between programs office trainings and department meetings.
• Implements the principles of Safety Care appropriately and other program specific safety trainings.
• Ensure that individuals we support are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates Human Rights Policy and the Advocates Way.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the agencys policies and procedures.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified or must obtain RBT credentialing within 1 year of employment or possess a masters level clinical degree (MSW M Ed etc.).
• Minimum five years working in human services with one years experience in supervisory role.
• Minimum two years experience utilizing/implementing applied behavioral therapy.
• Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
• Sensitivity to the needs of people with Disabilities
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment.
• Must have strong computer knowledge.
• Commitment to providing a clean homelike environment for the individuals.
• High energy level superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere and independently.
• Must hold a valid drivers license. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport consumers.
