Clinical Program Assistant

Position Summary

Provides clerical and administrative support for department program management and clinical operations.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Screen triage and direct calls to appropriate staff or departments.
• Accurately relay messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Perform routine clerical tasks including typing filing faxing scanning and compiling reports.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized records and assist with data entry into electronic health systems.
• Receive and document client family and caregiver concerns or complaints.
• Complete complaint forms accurately and deliver to the department director for resolution.
• Order and deliver medical supplies as needed.
• Completes assigned online trainings on time and attends required meetings.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience providing administrative support in an office setting.
• Demonstrated competency with computer software including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to speak read and write in English.
