Youll step into an outpatient leadership role focused on building the team clinical workflows and care-delivery systems of a new location. Youll have meaningful ownership while remaining directly connected to complex patient care.

What makes you a great fit
You hold an unrestricted California Psychologist LCSW LMFT or LPCC/LPC license
You have significant severe mental illness experience
PHP/IOP or comparable high-acuity experience is strongly valued
Youve helped launch build grow or improve a clinical program
You enjoy creating structure and developing strong teams

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125000$145000
