What Youll Do
As a Clinic Director youll have the autonomy and support to:
- Grow clinic volume and revenue by developing relationships referral sources community partnerships and new business opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability and excellence
- Identify opportunities to expand the services offered within your clinic
- Develop and launch new programs services and revenue streams based on your interests and the needs of your community
- Have a voice in business strategy marketing hiring and growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop clinicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care
- Take ownership of the clinics performance and share directly in the financial success you help create

Qualifications :
- Licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing with active CPR certification.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical systems including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms database applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales marketing and business development experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient engagement and clinic growth.
