As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) youll work alongside Occupational Therapists Speech-Language Pathologists Physical Therapists and Nursing professionals in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide clinical supervision training and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy Speech Therapy Nursing and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
