Role Description
The Client Travel Manager serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process. You will develop an understanding of each travelers vision research appropriate options coordinate reservations organize important details and provide responsive support before during and after their journey.
This role is well suited to someone who can balance relationship-building with organization and follow-through. Training professional resources booking tools and continued guidance are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences priorities and expectations
- Research destinations accommodations transportation and experiences
- Develop personalized recommendations based on individual client needs
- Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate itinerary information
- Manage client communication throughout the planning process
- Provide timely updates reminders and essential journey details
- Assist with questions or changes before during and after travel
- Maintain organized client records and planning documentation
- Build lasting relationships through attentive and dependable service
- Continue developing destination supplier and industry knowledge

- Previous experience in customer service hospitality sales account management or planning is helpful but not required
