Client Support Specialist – Government Payment Services

Seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and accurate payment processing for government and municipal clients.

This position involves supporting government and municipal clients by processing payments accurately and efficiently managing customer inquiries and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role is onsite in Fort Worth TX within a dynamic customer-oriented team environment.

• SCHEDULE: 3 agents: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 agents: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution including payment processing inquiries complaints and information requests.
• Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers aiming for high satisfaction.
• Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
• Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls.
• Comfortable using computers including email and web browsers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
• Dependable punctual and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.
