This is a remote position.
Summary
At Savii the Client Success Specialist isnt a support role its ownership. Youll be the person our employer clients count on from their very first day of onboarding through the life of their benefits program. Youll build real relationships know your clients businesses inside and out and be the steady proactive presence that makes Savii feel personal instead of transactional. You dont need to know ICHRA on day one well teach you that. What were looking for is someone who genuinely loves people follows through on what they say and takes initiative when they see something that needs doing.
What Youll Do
- Guide new employer clients through onboarding from signed contract to successful launch
- Own a book of business as the primary point of contact building deep knowledge of each clients team needs and goals
- Spot and solve issues proactively before they become problems
- Support annual open enrollment and respond to mid-year changes
- Coordinate with Sales Technology and Operations to keep things running smoothly
- Share client feedback and ideas that make Saviis process better
- 13 years in a client-facing role customer service account management client success or similar
- Clear warm professional communication skills written and verbal
- Strong organization comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities at once
- A genuine commitment to follow-through
- A self-directed solutions-first mindset
- Comfort learning new technology and platforms
- Must reside in Minnesota Iowa Nebraska or North Carolina and be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred not required: experience in benefits administration or health insurance familiarity with ICHRA/ACA
