About the Role

We are seeking a professional and people-focused Client Success Specialist to help create positive experiences for clients from their initial interaction through ongoing relationship development.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people answering questions following up and making sure clients receive timely and professional support.

Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients

- Respond to client questions and inquiries

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate information

- Follow up with clients and prospects in a timely manner

- Help coordinate consultations appointments and next steps

- Maintain accurate client records

- Build strong and professional client relationships

- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience

- Escalate questions or concerns when appropriate

- Participate in team meetings training and development activities

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Friendly professional and solutions-oriented approach

- Excellent follow-up skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Organized and dependable

- Comfortable working remotely

- Able to communicate effectively through phone email and online platforms

- Previous customer service client success sales or administrative experience is a plus but not required
