WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL
As our full-time Client Solutions Manager youll lead complex client escalations coordinate internal teams and ensure the right resources are aligned at the right time. Youll maintain clear timelines and consistent communication guiding both clients and leadership through each stage of resolution. With a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail youll work closely with technical teams to identify root causes implement effective solutions and deliver long-term stability.
