Client Solutions Coordinator (Spanish Bilingual)

Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas NV due to in-office requirements.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time Tuesday-Saturday 1:00pm 10:00pm PST

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $23.50 $26.75 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

In this role youll resolve escalated issues support daily client service operations assist team members and help ensure efficient workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your leadership and problem-solving skills while contributing to the success of both our clients and internal teams.

• Troubleshoots and resolves escalated application and contracting issues and questions.
• Assists employees with department processes procedures and technical needs.
• Provides overall daily support and presence for department team members.
• Monitors outbound queues while adjusting and delegating queues as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma GED or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a lead type of role.
• Previous experience with escalated levels of responsibility in prior position.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of client support.

Nice to have but not Required!

• Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in a call center environment.
• Previous Customer Service experience.

• Bilingual Pay: Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency! Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with Strong written and verbal communications skills.
