Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager in Healthcare Payments you are self-motivated proactive and results-oriented and you thrive in an open professional teamoriented this role with JPMorganChase Healthcare Payments you will directly influence revenue retention and revenue growth. As a Client Relationship Manager you will support some of the largest provider organizations in the United States through regular direct customer engagement. As an individual contributor you will guide clients with a consultative approach to help them achieve their revenue and scorecard goals.

 

Qualifications :

Job responsibilities

• Support Business Development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of JP Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions products and processes
• Work with Team to Identify opportunities to upsell customers additional Healthcare Payment solutions
• Represent the team in client meetings
• Help clients prioritize projects to best meet goals
• Serve as an escalation point for any service issues from client: manage the escalation activities and is meticulously organized
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Healthcare Payments Business Development Professional Services and Customer Service in support of your customers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position
