To know more about us visit SummaryOur Second City Works Client Partner will be serving as an individual contributor functioning in an inside sales capacity where you will identify and qualify high potential prospects for the business. Client Partners are responsible for outreach to prospective clients consulting with prospects to truly understand their business needs educating prospects about the value proposition attached to Second Citys offerings making recommendations to prospects on the SCW and SC Play product offerings that will meet business needs and ultimately driving SCW revenue to meet individual and team quota Responsibilities Identify engage with and close clients through inbound leads account prospecting and uncovering opportunities where Second City Works or Second City Play could be a strategic long-term partner Tell the story of Second City Works and Second City Play: who we are our capabilities and how we are uniquely equipped to improve engagement and connection with any organizations employees members or customers Manage all phases of the sales lifecycle across a variety of sales scenarios (new prospects re-activations growth within existing accounts) Partner with Client Services and Creative Talent to customize client programs and solutions ensuring that we deliver on our promises Lead and engage in new out-bounding efforts to win new customers as well as develop key account strategies to grow business with existing customersRequired Qualifications 2 years of consistent Inside Sales success running full sales cycle including managing and obtaining an annual quota Experience selling products or services virtually while navigating multiple stakeholders across an with consistent account research and ability to autonomously manage your schedule targets and timelines. Demonstrated ability to prepare sales forecasts account status reports and make recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential. Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and successfully collaborate internally across stakeholder groups to ensure client engagement and expertise in consultative approach and solution-based selling.
