Cadreforce is recruiting a Client Partner in Charlotte North Carolina for a technology services and consulting organization. This role brings together sales presales and delivery: you will help clients shape transformation priorities build credible solutions and carry that vision through to business results.

• Build client relationships and translate business needs into technology solutions proposals and growth opportunities.
• Lead governance for complex transformation programs and ongoing service portfolios across business and technology teams.
• Guide opportunity qualification RFP and RFI responses solution strategy estimation proposals and customer presentations.
• Connect commercial commitments with delivery outcomes managing pricing inputs delivery models revenue profitability and risk.
• Bring awareness of AI generative AI agentic AI and intelligent automation to conversations about modernization and engineering.

• 15 or more years of experience spanning sales presales and delivery.
• At least 10 years of client-facing program delivery leadership in one or more of these areas: application development and support managed services digital transformation cloud or data.
• A strong techno-functional background and experience governing large transformation and ongoing-service portfolios.
• Hands-on presales and solutioning experience from qualification and estimates through proposals presentations and delivery outcomes.
• Commercial judgment across pipeline management contracts financial governance and account growth.
• Exposure to AI-enabled engineering generative and agentic AI and intelligent automation.

Experience in insurance and/or financial services is preferred.
