Job Summary
Position Summary
The Client Manageris responsible formanaging client relationships within the employeebenefitspractice byanticipatingclient needs delivering strategic guidance and ensuring that benefit programs align with clients financial and organizational goals. This role supports renewal management drives client retention and satisfaction and contributes to growth within the existingbook ofbusiness while partnering with senior team members for oversight and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Ownership
Own and manage the client service cycle ensuring timelines deliverables and renewal deadlines are consistently met.
Serve as a subject matter resource for employee benefits programs and client-specific strategies.
Partner with Client Executives/Producers to align service delivery with client goals and expectations.
Developcomprehensiveunderstanding of client business operations policies and industry trends.
Hands-On Execution & Delivery
Prepare and deliver renewal strategies proposals and coverage comparisons.
Conduct benchmarking demographic analysis claimsutilizationreview underwriting analysis and cost projections.
Market renewals and new lines of coverage including specification development carrier negotiation andanalysispresentation.
Produce high-quality client deliverables including reports presentations andanalyses.
Reporting Quality & Operational Support
Ensure accuracy and quality of all client deliverables through thorough review and peer collaboration.
Maintain data integrity and update systems such as EPIC accurately.
Monitor compliance with E&O standards and achieve audit expectations.
Communicate legislative regulatory and industry updatesimpactingclients.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Integration
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive client solutions.
Delegate tasks appropriately and supportdevelopmentof team members.
Maintainstrong communicationwith clients carriers and internal stakeholders.
Support alignment across service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Growth Change & Special Initiatives
Identifycross-selling and revenue growth opportunities within client accounts.
Participate in internal and external networking efforts to support business development.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Support client objective-setting and long-term benefit strategy planning.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
Identifyopportunities to improve processes efficiency and client outcomes.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices through ongoing education.
Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance service capabilities and client results.
Promote consistent scalable processes and adherence to firm standards.

Maintaining accuracy compliance and reliability in all client work.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business risk management analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
35 years of employee benefits experience with mid-sized accounts.
Strong analytical organizational and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and EPIC or similar systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Life & Health insurance license.
Advanced industry knowledge and certifications.
Experience with data analysis underwriting and cost modeling.
Experience working in a collaborative team-based environment.
