Company Description

The Senior Professional Client Leadership is a strategic Retail Media Network (RMN) leader responsible for driving revenue growth deepening client partnerships and serving as a trusted advisor across Epsilons data technology media and retail media solutions. This role will act as a subject matter expert on the rapidly evolving retail media landscape helping clients navigate onsite offsite sponsored search social CTV display and in-store media opportunities to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with clients retailers agency partners and internal cross-functional teams you will identify growth opportunities develop innovative solutions and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive performance. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking consultative selling analytical expertise and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a thriving book of business by identifying and closing deals with key decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted Retail Media Network (RMN) expert advising clients and internal teams across onsite offsite sponsored search display social CTV and in-store media solutions.
  • Forge strategic partnerships that result in significant revenue growth across Epsilon data technology media and retail media offerings.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to clients agency partners retailers and internal stakeholders to identify revenue growth opportunities and whitespace across existing and new business relationships.
  • Develop customized solutions that solve client challenges and drive measurable business results.
  • Translate campaign performance data into actionable recommendations executive-level insights and client-facing narratives.
  • Masterfully manage client accounts ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales Account Management Product Analytics Ad Operations and Creative teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging retail media trends competitive developments privacy regulations and evolving retailer ecosystems to inform client strategies.
  • Provide training education and best-practice guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Embody the companys vision and values in all interactions and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in sales business development client leadership or retail media.
  • Proven ability to identify and close deals and develop strategic account plans that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience building trust among C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of Retail Media Networks including onsite offsite sponsored search display social CTV and in-store media solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting media planning campaign activation measurement and optimization best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and innovative client solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data analysis with the ability to create compelling presentations business cases performance recaps and executive-level insights.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy with the ability to translate client business needs into actionable growth strategies.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize strategic accounts identify whitespace opportunities and pursue new logo and vertical growth opportunities.

Compensation Range: USD $80000.00 - USD $120000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law compensation will be determined based on the skills qualifications and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
