We are looking for a personable and motivated Client Growth Specialist to help expand our client base and develop meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking communication relationship building and discovering opportunities to help a business grow.

Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through approved channels

- Build genuine relationships with potential clients

- Learn about prospects needs and identify appropriate solutions

- Conduct professional follow-ups throughout the client journey

- Support client acquisition and business-growth initiatives

- Maintain organized client and prospect records

- Coordinate consultations calls or appointments

- Participate in marketing networking and outreach activities

- Track assigned activities and follow-up opportunities

- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive and professional attitude

- Strong relationship-building skills

- Comfortable communicating with people online and by phone

- Organized and dependable

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Willingness to learn

- Previous experience in sales customer service marketing recruiting or client relations is beneficial but not required
