Role Description

As a Client Experience Advisor you will help clients move from inspiration to a thoughtfully planned journey. You will take time to understand their preferences research destinations and accommodations organize essential details and provide attentive support throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people discovering new destinations and creating experiences that feel personal rather than prepackaged. Training professional resources booking tools and continued guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Research destinations accommodations transportation and experiences
• Present thoughtful options based on individual client needs
• Coordinate reservations and organize essential journey details
• Maintain clear and professional client communication
• Provide attentive support before during and after each journey

• Continue developing destination and industry knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A warm professional and service-focused approach
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and comparing options online
• Able to manage time and responsibilities effectively
• Confident learning new platforms and digital tools
• Genuine interest in travel hospitality and client experiences
• Previous experience in customer service hospitality sales or planning is helpful but not required
