Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking a Client Development & Program Sales Consultant to connect with prospective clients interested in personal development and leadership education.

This remote role combines online marketing client conversations and a structured sales process. It suits an experienced professional who enjoys working with people takes initiative and follows through consistently.

Your activities will include:

Promoting established personal development and leadership programs through online marketing.

Responding to enquiries and conducting initial conversations to understand client interests and suitability.

Guiding prospective clients through an established information process.

Following up professionally answering questions within your knowledge and directing clients to relevant resources.

Supporting interested clients through the program sales process.

Keeping accurate records and organising your daily activities.

Participating in ongoing training and applying established methods.

This is an independent performance based arrangement. Earnings come from product sales.

Training and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

At least eight years of professional work experience.

Currently residing in the United States.

Strong communication listening and relationship building skills.

Experience in client relations sales business development recruitment education or a related field.

Confidence using email online meeting platforms and basic computer systems.

Ability to manage your own schedule and maintain consistent follow up.

Willingness to learn and apply online marketing methods.

An interest in personal development and leadership education.

Comfortable working independently with earnings based on product sales.

Availability to commit around 15 to 20 flexible hours per week.

This role is not suitable for students or those just entering the workforce.
