Client Coordinator

Revive at The Group Medical Spa is looking for a PRN/As-Needed Client Coordinator to join our team!

We are seeking a friendly professional and client-focused individual to help provide an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of Revive.

This is a PRN/as-needed position designed to provide additional coverage based on staffing and business needs. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary.

• Greet clients and guests with friendly attentive and professional service
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions about appointments services and products
• Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate invoices and records
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Respond to client inquiries through phone email and client portals
• Develop knowledge of Revives treatments services and products to help educate clients
• Assist with product sales and provide recommendations based on client needs
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception and retail area
• Assist with inventory stocking merchandising and product displays
• Support medical spa events promotions and marketing initiatives
• Help resolve client questions or concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate
• Collaborate with providers and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Revives policies and professional standards

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service front desk retail spa beauty or medical office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using scheduling software client portals Microsoft Word Excel and other technology
• Dependable positive and willing to step in when additional coverage is needed
• Strong interest in aesthetics skincare wellness or the medical spa industry is a plus
