This is a junior level role supporting the clients of one of Confluences 30 software products focused on regulatory reporting. Knowledge of regulatory reporting is helpful but not required. Must have some background/knowledge and interest in investment management.

The Client Consultant plays a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system technology analysis and communication skills.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business problem analyze their current business processes understand the clients success criteria translate that into requirements and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients goals.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed

Bachelors degree in a related field
1-3 years of experience in banking or financial technology (or relevant internship/co-op experience)
Excel
CFA CIPM ITIL or FRM is advantageous
SQL

US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) is required as we are not able to sponsor visas.
