Clerical Support Specialist Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Clerical Support Specialist - Onsite position with a Major Utility Company located in Akron OH. This is a 24 month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour W2

Position Overview:
This role involves preparing hard-copy and electronic files for scanning and direct entry into a Filenet system. The ideal candidate will provide general clerical support possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy. Training will be provided by the corporate records team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare hard-copy files for scanning into Filenet
• Download electronic files from shared folders to enter directly into Filenet
• Provide clerical support by typing and proofreading a variety of documents
• Sort and file documents and records

Primary Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• SASS testing will be required for this role
