Job Summary

Were hiring a focused and steady-handed Cleanroom Lab Tech to inspect and assemble small intricate components under a microscope in a precision-driven environment.

Location: Gardner MA
Hours: 1st Shift
Pay: $18$20/hr DOE

  • Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Inspect small parts using a microscope for extended periods

  • Assemble and handle tiny fragile components with extreme precision

  • Use tweezers tools and light machinery to manipulate parts

  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to strict specifications

  • Document inspection findings and assembly data accurately

  • Identify and isolate defective components

  • Maintain cleanroom and lab standards throughout the work area

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

  • Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of equipment

  • Collaborate with team leads to meet production timelines

  • Cross-train in related tasks and support other departments as needed

Skills/Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination

  • Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods

  • Prior lab or fine assembly experience a plus but not required

  • Ability to work independently in a quiet focused setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English

  • Steady hands patience and precision are key
