Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. We operate 7 days a week and working hours are flexible to accommodate different schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting sweeping mopping vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and other common areas.
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags as needed.
- Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Working Hours:
- Flexible schedule including weekdays weekends and evenings. We operate seven days a week to accommodate client needs.
Compensation:
- W2 Employee: $16 per hour.
- Subcontractor: $18 per hour.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable punctual and efficient with a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willing and able to work in homes that have pets
- You are required to have a working vehicle
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
